Free consultation
The initial 20 min phone consultation is free and can be helpful in guiding you in the right direction.
Psychotherapy
Therapy sessions can take place in person at my office or online via secure video link. I provide a thorough assessment of your specific needs, and build a plan thats right for you.
$300 for 50 minute therapy session (in-person or online)
$450 for 90 minute therapy session (An option for initial assessments, or extended sessions as needed)
Coaching
Coaching sessions take place online via secure video link, and are primarily designed for those who are out of the area. Coaching and therapy sometimes overlap, but they are not equivalent services. As a licensed psychotherapist in the state of California, I abide by certain parameters around online therapy (tele-health). As such, I can only offer online psychotherapy to those who reside within the state of California.
However... I DO offer coaching services to people in all 50 states and abroad.
If you are NOT located in California, we can discuss in our phone consultation if coaching would be a good fit based on your current goals and needs. If you require psychotherapy, and are not in California, I'll be more than happy to help you find someone local to work with, either in conjunction with or instead of coaching with me.
$300 for 50 minute coaching session (in-person or online)
Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
Dosing sessions take place in person at my office and typically last 3 hours long. If we end up needing less time, I will prorate the cost. Prior to starting, clients will need to be medically cleared by my partnering medical organization, Journey Clinical. Although the medical intake and follow ups are not covered by insurance, they are eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.
$900 for individual in person KAP session (3 hour session)
$700 for group KAP session (3 hour session, 4 participants)
$300/Integration session (50 min pre and post sessions custom designed to amplify and anchor in positive effects)
$250 for Journey Clinical initial medical intake (One time fee, reimbursable through out-of-network)
$150 for Journey Clinical medical follow up (Minimum of 1/quarter for duration of KAP series, typically 4-6 dosing sessions)
$75 for Ketamine Lozenges (Covers approx 4-6 lozenges spread over 2-3 dosing sessions depending prescription, not covered by insurance)
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
I accept payment by cash, check, Venmo, and all major credit cards.
While I’m not an in-network provider for insurance, I can provide you with a monthly statement known as a “superbill" that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I recommend you call your insurance provider to determine your "out-of-network benefits", including your deductible, what your coverage amount will be, and how many sessions might be covered. If you choose to seek reimbursement, I will be required to include a diagnosis on the superbill which will be part of your medical record.
